Due to rapid growth within our company we have an immediate need to hire an Account Executive to join our winning team!

This is a salaried and commissioned based opportunity!

Compensation and Training:

• Up to $40,000 - $48,000 base salary + commission
• Comprehensive benefits package including 401k
• Training provided
• Health care for Single coverage

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to establish new relationships with customers
• Sell and close new and existing customers to move their freight
• You will be responsible for finalizing deals with shippers and then facilitating the movement of a shipper’s freight
• Coordinate and assist customers with freight that is ready to be moved by finding carriers who are qualified to move the load
• You will be responsible for keeping a line of communication open with the carrier in order to update the status of the shipper’s load
• Negotiate price with shippers and carriers
• Manage daily shipments, resolving issues, to ensure pickup and delivery is on time

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a fast paced environment
• Must be a self-starter with a great work ethic
